Bert is a founding member and president of the Foundation and is also the president of the Emerald Empire Sports Car Club (EESCC). "Dirty Bert" as he is affectionally known refers to his propensity to hit cones that define an autocross course as he navigates at incredible speeds. Bert is a true example of a sports enthusiast and mentor for new and seasoned sports professionals and is well known and admired throughout Oregon, Washington, and Northern California.
